Anyway, that's why I like to take Garrus or Wrex instead of Tali to Noveria. Seems more in-character for either of them.

Pretty sure Ash is the second most renegade in the game behind Wrex.  So unless he's there, she should always be the devil on your shoulder metaphorically.

heh good enough point, when I played through with a Vanguard I found myself not needing Liara so my team consisted of Tali and Wrex, me and Wrex could put the biotic hurt on the enemy.

My post was poorly worded.  I meant I wasn't sure just why I brought Ash and Liara.  I know all about Ash's brutal tendencies.

Only romanced Liara for the achievement. Mostly because Ashley was a pile of dust on Vermire at the time.

That was on my last playthrough. The one I'm doing atm will be without a LI, until Tali, of course.

Then, after everything was said and done, made sweet, sweet love under the starlit moonroof before kicking the Collectors in their collective stones, blowing the whole place to scrap metal, and giving TIM the finger.  Tali was last seen humming and dancing around engineering as she worked.
