I know right. I was amazed at how many people complained in rant threads about how squishy the Hammerhead was in combat, when every battlefield had a spot you could hide behind and pop up to unload missiles from relative safety.NuclearBuddha wrote...
It was funny on two levels: 1. yeah, drawing skill played a part. 2. the fact that someone might need the Hammerhead explained to them.
So I was inspired to draw that out of boredom.

You can export them using a program called uModel and an ActorX importer (which I'm not sure if they make for Blender)Kikaimegami wrote...
How do you export the meshes and textures, anyway? And do they export with bones in a format Blender can open?
Awesome, thanks. If I can get this working in Blender, you all can expect some render art from me sometime.
Maybe you can find something useful here: http://www.facepunch...ad.php?t=910137
Awesome! Thank you. All I could find were exporters, no importers. I have no idea what to do with uMod, either.

Maleshep (at least the default one) is a handsome bastard imo.
Tali looks good by his side
Well, yeah. He doesn't register feelings of "hot" in my mind, for obvious reasons, but I can tell he's a good lookin' guy.

Who knows, maybe one day he will go to space and start saving lifes and killing Reapers err... um, or Aliens...
Seasons don't fear the Reaper, nor do the wind, the sun or the rain.

No, but now I'm going to have to try some time. I used to drive over the armatures in the Mako in ME1 all the time though. Tali probably appreciated the extra effort I put in to turning geth in to overmanufactured bowling pins.Rakia_Time wrote...

And I've never understood why its so easy to make hot custom femSheps, but ridiculously difficult to make custom maleSheps that look much better than ugly Shepard.
I have a good male Shep, but for some reason I can't find my kind of eyebrows and a small part of his ear is clipping through the Visor Headgear.
i dont know if i already told you guys this.. but i have got the best looking male shep i have seen on the web
nah mine is better
but i agree is a bit more difficult to make good male shep, i think the main problems are hairstyles and the nose... also generally is difficult to judge the real char look in the char creation screen

It was a little tedious to pop up and snipe stuff since I was used to just running sh*t over with the Mako, but it certainly wasn't difficult. Although I found that you can almost throw a geth out of the map if you ram it just right.El-Destructo wrote...

My tactic is just to ram them into the nearest lava/acid pit.

i had the same problem. often tmes i end up making the same male shep because it looks bad if i try anything ells. i have the perfect face but i dont like how js eyes crinkle. especialy when he gives his speech on the suicicde mission
And you have to go through that beginning sequence until you finally get into a conversation and see how they look while talking and whatnot. Should be able to test your custom's face on the char create that makes them smile, then furrow their brow, etc. Also you could probably easily mess up his face so that it cuts through the helmet or something.
Too much complication. Maybe I'll spend 10 hours trying to fix one up someday but I doubt it. I do enjoy the House and Barack Obama Shepard's though
Reposting because I can:

ramming geth never worked for me. i would hover over them a lot of the time but ramming is a very useful tactic against collouses and goddamn suicide against the really big geth with mechine guns,

It's not that efficient of a way to kill them (takes two hits unless you bump them into an environmental hazard). I'm just talking about how fun/satisfying it is.smecky-kitteh wrote...

I want ME1 for PC, but I can't find it on DVD. There's no way I'll buy it on Steam. Steam has screwed me over far too many times for me to fall for that old gag.
Unfortunately for me Steam is the only option for the PC. ME2 PC simply didn't arrive here.
Only the 360 one and i don't have a 360.
Whata you mean, ME2 DVD wasn't distributed where you live?

I wanted to invite my good Talimancers to a new group I made that discusses all the characters in the game.
character discussion group
I wanted to make a place where fans and non-fans could gather and talk freely about these characters outside of the fan threads, to prevent derailing.
There's a Tali topic there - it would tickle me to get some representation from the fanbase!
