Yeah, in that "voice actor interview" video, you hear Liz talking normally and she doesn't have Tali's accent at all.

Well, actually it's looking like Kasumi has 2 separate lines about the LIs.  Post-suicide mission she says something about Tali having taken off her mask for you.

Well, in fairness, it isn't a real accent...

I was under the impression that she was arabic and that she spoke a second language but spoke english fluently.  That she had to use her second language to fake an accent.

I'm probably wrong as I have spent zero time looking it up.  She does say Tali right, though.  


It's pronounced Taali, not Tali.  Ethnic names don't use the english pronunciation of "A".

EDIT: Yeah, I talked with her post suicide mission, and she didn't say anything about Tali taking her mask off.
