My opinion.  Kissing a quarian would be more dangerous.  Germs and bacteria would be more lethal and have a better chance of actually causing harm.  Most if not all of Shepards would be handled as a we humans deal with most bugs from other animal species.

And if this has been covered before, sorry.  Just trying to make conversation

So you're saying Tali would get sick no matter what, so being with Shepard is ebtter because at least one person won't be ill?

Hmmm, this is a rather tough question... Quarians live in their own pre designated eviornment for their suit so for all we know they may differ in such a great way it would almost instantly cause disease or infection for another(I may be wrong on this) But the thing is that Quarians have been isolated from each other for so long that it may be the fact that they do not have any more diseases to worry about anymore.
In al reality I may just have to go with Shepard due to the human bacterial discourse that goes on in the mouth of a Human... Humans have incredibly bacterial infected mouths weather we wish to admit it or not and the only reason it does not effect us is due to our body has gained immunity to them and uses them to its own purpose(much like a Comodo dragon).
With this being said I will still have to go with it being more dangerous for Tali to kiss Shepard than a Quarians, assuming the Quarians still ahve the same enviornmental suit designations.
