My opinion.  Kissing a quarian would be more dangerous.  Germs and bacteria would be more lethal and have a better chance of actually causing harm.  Most if not all of Shepards would be handled as a we humans deal with most bugs from other animal species.

And if this has been covered before, sorry.  Just trying to make conversation

No, Tali can't get Chicken Pox or anything like that from Shep, and she could get it from a quarian. 

I'm not sure how dangerous the allergic reaction to Shep would be, but I am inclined to believe that all things equal, Shep probably is safer than another quarian for that reason.

Well that's the whole problem with the speculation, we have no idea how much bacteria quarians have in relation to humans.  I'm assuming its a relatively similar amount, but that's no more likely than none at all, so who knows.
