I'm hoping to throw in some discussion about the events of Tali's loyalty mission somewhere in there.  

If I feel like being REALLY sappy I'll consider an on-air marriage proposal as part of step 5

And here we have something that is impossible on two levels. Level one is her helmet, level two is the fact that everyone would see her face. And by the line "I've never shown my face to anyone, but I'm ready to show you" I'd say she consideres who does and doesn't see her face to be a really freaking big deal.

Shepard would grab Tali and plant a big fat kiss right on her visor rather than risking her health by taking her mask off.

That's one way to look at it. Some might see it as the female taking control of the situation by flaunting suggestively to the male what she has, knowing he wants it which grants her the power/control in the situation as long as the man doesn't forcibly try to take the female against her will. The female sets the pace, chooses what to show, when to show it and how to show it. In short, some could argue that she is calling the shots in the described situation.

well power/control of the situation to some degree as it lasts as long as she satifies the man desires, i still see that as something kinda weak as the girls is not trying to be "liked" for what she is, but rather for what she provides to the male. That doesnt mean that from that relation level you cant step into an higher and deeper one, but is indeed something that the woman gives to the man to be "liked" or "accepted"

imo this doesnt work that well with Tali personality, who, as said, is imo very direct and not the kind of person to "compromise" herself to try to be accepted by someone.

That just sounds.........strange........and strangely Garrus sounding
I can't explain it.........but the kiss hole concept just keeps reminding me of when Garrus started licking Tali's visor while asking about her immune system in that comic..........
