You remember back in ME1, when the Volus diplomat was complaining about how much the Council was giving humans?
He kinda had a point. The Volus/Elcor embassy was like half the size of the human one, and they had to share it. On top of that, the human embassy had that beautiful view of the presidium. The window in the elcor/volus embassy was completely blocked by a tree.

Date DLC would be an awesome PR move. It would throw a huge bone to a large part of the ME3 fanbases. I'm not sure how difficult it would be to get all the LI VAs to record more dialogue, but at least it wouldn't be hard to develop from a combat/mission perspective.
They would probably be better off holding off on it a little, assuming they want to drum up more interest at a later date. It could be the final ME2 update, before they start teasing ME3 stuff
