  • Your quarters becomes "customized" slightly by your LI. Tali, for example, might set up a private terminal, have some tech parts on the table, maybe a worktable, etc.
  • Picture of your LI (or maybe the two of you together?) somewhere in your cabin.
  • Some actual dialog with them in your cabin
  • The ability to go out on some kind of date or whatever to some of the hub worlds (Omega, Illium, Citadel), in which it's just the two of you, you're in your casual clothes, and all missions are disabled.

So simple...and so great.

The volus definitely don't deserve their own office.  They're a frigging turian client race!

Yeah, but they are also responsible for the entire Turian economy, as well as the galactic economy.  Honestly, they have done so much for the galaxy that they deserve a seat on the council.  Their machinations are what keep the galaxy running.  Humans have done a lot for the council, but the Volus have had thousands of years of hard work under their belts.  They deserve more than they are getting.

If they want a better office, they need to take it up their their masters (i.e. the turians).

I just did the Tali romance for the first time.

The romance scene was disappointingly short. I think Tali deserved more than that.

Limitation of Bioware's decision to not give anything away regarding Tali's appearance.  They really couldn't extend it more without showing her.

My (obviously biased,) opinion is that the love scene is great.  You get an extremely adorable awkwardness from Tali as she approaches Shepard.

Then you have her final moment of hesitation before the mask comes off, and Shep sees her for the first time.  You get the subtle smile from Shep basically assuring Tali that she's beautiful, and then Tali can finally let her emotions out.  The end result being the quarian pounce

Who wanted to slap SHEPARD PAWNCH Donnelly when he said that?

For me it was kind of a "hell yeah, amiright?  Er... I mean, how dare you!"

Would not strike him. May do the above. Still. Tali is capable of handling herself.

Date DLC would be an awesome PR move.  It
would throw a huge bone to a large part of the ME3 fanbases.  I'm not
sure how difficult it would be to get all the LI VAs to record more
dialogue, but at least it wouldn't be hard to develop from a
combat/mission perspective.

They would probably be better off
holding off on it a little, assuming they want to drum up more interest
at a later date.  It could be the final ME2 update, before they start
teasing ME3 stuff [smilie]../../../images/forum/emoticons/cool.png[/smilie]

Idea was floated in Tali thread v2.0 & v3.0. Shepard & LI separated/stranded from rest of crew. Must survive until rescued. Lots of time alone. Would not be LI specific. Would allow for conversation on past.

The 'defualt' choice of having Udina as councilor if you did not play ME1 makes sense though. Since with Shepard's recommnendation to put Anderson as the 'choice' candidate, Udina with his politcal savy would have swept Anderson under the rug and made himself out to be the 'only, choice.

Playing through ME1 has other rewards too, like bringing over a lvl 60 Shepard which will garner some nifty bonusess not to mention having continuity with Garrus, Tali and gang.

Besides, Anderson punching Udina's lights out is definitely one of the better moments in ME1.

do you think bioware will actually go through with the romance/mission pack? Do you think they'll actually make a profit off of it? I'm talking in all seriousness here but is there a market for such a DLC?

It's really quite sophisticated:  She's very awkward in her speech, but she's the one who takes away Shep's data pad and leads him to the bed.

There really isn't enough reliable data to go around.  All we as the player know, is that Shep never had a chance

(It would be nice if I had the quarian pounce gif saved <_<)
