I don't know for certain, but I haven't seen any hint of them having any dislike in particular towards quarians.

Sometimes the Flotilla has to fight off batarian pirates/slavers, but I don't think racism has anything to do with the attacks.

I'm not sure. They hate humans because they feel the humans stole their territory out from under them, and they hate the council races for not backing them up against the humans. The quarians are not a council race and definately not human, so it is hard to say if they would care about them at all.

Both are tech users, have hoods, have awesome voices.

Tali has a shotgun but Kasu has Shadow Strike.
Kasu has a Flashbang while Tali has...A KNIF SHE DOESNT USE!

Probably dislike them like rest of galaxy but other then that dont care much.

Why is ya'll racist towards batarians? 70 percent of them are scum (slavery, terrorism, ECT.)
but the 30 percent is ok.  On to tali.

Their pirated do attack the migrant fleet from time to time. Not that it does them any good

One more thing. If you were batarian and travelled to the citedal, you would get racial profiled by C-sec SOOOO HARD, I mean like interrogations and questionings, strip searches, extra security.
