I'm not sure. They hate humans because they feel the humans stole their territory out from under them, and they hate the council races for not backing them up against the humans. The quarians are not a council race and definately not human, so it is hard to say if they would care about them at all.

They probably feel the same way as council races do about the quarians, they were a council race during the 327 years the quarians were exiles.  The probably feel that the quarians are all beggars and thieves because that is how all of council space has viewed them for the past 327 years.

Probably dislike them like rest of galaxy but other then that dont care much.

Speaking of Katsumi, personally I feel that BioWare and EA are taking the whole hog by charging for a party member NPC. The more gaming companies pull stunts like this the less inclined I become to want to spend extra money on any of their products as a general rule of thumb.
