That may be true, but it can be said of anyone in a position of authority.  Cops get it, politicians get (mostly deservedly), militaries get it, everyone in a position of authority gets that same attitude thrust at them.

Besides, I would rather be strip searched than be let on a plane with a terrorist.  My life is more important than my dignity.

Everyone should be strip searched then. Not just muslims. Racial profiling isn't tolerated in america. If anyone likes racial profiling. Go to Israel, they racial profile like crazy.

It is only racial profiling because it is only one belief that is negative.  If this were more random like the IRA or something where anyone can be the enemy, then I would support everyone getting strip searched.  Unfortunately (or fortunately) it is only muslims who are attacking us.  One specific group of people being the enemy creates the semblance of racial profiling.  

The FBI and the CIA have no reason to suspect any other group of terrorism, just muslims.  And they have a watchlist for it, it is more thorough than just random searches. 

And even then they failed to catch the christmas bombing attempt, meaning they still aren't doing enough.  I'm not saying that they need to search every muslim just because they are muslim, just that complaining about something as simple as a strip search is ridiculous.  I've been strip searched before, and it isn't as bad as people make it out as.  

Racial profiling is never justified no matter what. It's disgusting like slavery.

I'm saying that what is in fact happening isn't racial profiling.  If we thought that every muslim was a threat then no muslim would ever board a plane.  If we thought that what a small fraction of the muslim community has done somehow applies to all muslims then we would have deported all muslims from our country.  We aren't racial profiling, we are being pragmatic.  You make sure someone isn't a threat, and then let them continue with their day.  Complaining about a precaution is selfish.

If you think I am willing to die over someone else's buised ego you've got another thing coming.  If all white men were suddenly deemed a threat I would gladly allow myself to be strip searched.  I'd turn my head and cough all day if that is what it took to ensure the safety of others.
