I presume they are collecting player metrics to help direct their development efforts.  How popular a LI is can be judged by how many times a character is chosen across multiple playthroughs.  They could possibly track which characters' conversation chains get completed across multiple playthroughs, which characters are most often chosen as squad members, and so on.

My presumption is that they will use stats like these to give more attention (more dialog) to the most popular characters.

Bioware knows each dialogue choice I make? Weeeird.

And I hate polls in general and especially in this environment.

It takes commitment to get a tattoo, to mock someone for that is not high class.

Where did you get that quote? That was from like two days ago.  And you took it out of context.  I was responding to a post that said that because there has been support for a Romance DLC on the forums that that somehow made making a romance DLC profitable.  I never said that there wasn't a way for them to discern that it would be profitable, just that looking on the forums wasn't it.
