As far as I know, North Americans have to pay for it, too. 

Buying DLCs is just stupid, IMHO, because that way you lay the foundation for the publishers to rip you off even more. If they would give you five hours of gameplay for five bucks, I would perhaps think about it. But so they simply try to squeeze as much money out of the fans as possible, without giving them anything for the money. 

Totally true, but it's also true, that no matter how much they rip me off, I just have to buy everything ME related...

Don't much care for other games' DLC's though.

I'm sure someone pirated Kasumi too. I don't pay much attention to it. I buy my stuff legit, or not at all.

A few exceptions are made in that I download TV shows.

No it isn't. Its too less playtime for too much money, in relation ME2 would cost over 100 bucks. 

Way I see it, Quality over Quantity!  I'd take a well constructed 1-2 hours of well made extra content over 5 hours of mediocre content any day of the week.  That's just me though.

I didn't put anything in your mouth, there are far better mouths I would rather putr something in...but anyway...I just wanted to know, why North America should be great regarding ME2-DLCs.

Yeah, for example: I rather pay to play 1-2 hrs of good dlc (Kasumi, I assume), than lose my nerves playing something sh!tty, even if it's for free. (firewalker:P)
