rats =/ humans.
We actually sleep much longer then feudal era humans. It surely isn't all bad.
Rat's aren't humans? lol I know not easy to digest, but Michael Crichton is very convincing may he rest in peace. The guy was right on so many subjects, I trust he's right about this one. I'd sure like to see this test done to humans, but, you know, that'd be mean
Either way, more time awake = more production.
You'll say that until you see the nurse maid...Lareit wrote...

Most Fuedal era humans didn't die from what we, in our time, consider old age. They died from disease, bad teeth, and being physically impaled/slashed/stabbed to death.
Ok, so we live to 80-90's
and impaled/slash/stabbings are far more common now than then.
How much older do you want to live? I intend to kill myself in the 70's or early 80's when my body is incapable of supporting itself.
I refuse to be some old geezer who has some poor nurse maid wipe my ass for me.

Dreams are more fun.
If you don't dream, then I'll give it to ya.
But I dream every night, often quite vividly.

I thought the same, butyou don't have to be "useless". I saw a 70 year old running a marathon-type race and he was like "I'm 70, I'm a diabetic, and I'm gunna finish this race".
Then you got the Willie Nelson "old geezers" who are just high and happy. That's gunna be me lol

Alright screw you guys and your vivid dreams. You know, I haven't had any in awhile. None of Mass Effect or Tali or anything. I know I've had them but can't remember (ya know, that feeling of a long nights sleep even though it wasn't that long).
Wonder why that is. I've been obsessed over all things Mass Effect for...probably 10 months lol
Not fair.
I was attacked by collectors last week. It was snazzy:PGoat_Shepard wrote...

Yeah, that poll really is Tali fans versus everyone else.
Pretty much, yeah. Funny thing is if Liara (or anyone else, for that matter) had been added as an option to the poll, Tali would've slam dunked the thing.
As Kasumi is new and not romancable she is a easy figure for everyone to get behind, there is no baggage, no comparing to other romances. Heck most people in this thread do in fact like Kasumi.
I'm gonna laugh so hard if Javier bans this guy, too.chool77 wrote...

The last dream I remember real well was:
I was lying in a hospital bed, having been in a car accident. There was another patient in the room with me. I sat up in bed, and this other patient crept over to my bed, pressed her face against the back of my head, and then laid the blade of a scalpel right on the nape of my neck, and started to apply pressure. She whispered in my ear, a low, throaty growl, "hurrrttt.." I woke up yelling, "NO!"
In general, I just prefer not to dream.
