Really?  Seems to me someone is calling someone else a troll for posting a picture that is more ambiguous in its content then said image of a pervert. 

You definitely don't have the whole story.  The poster in question has posted many different things over time, and his intent at times is clearly to troll.  Regardless of whether or not that was the intent with said picture, doesn't change the fact that it was posted in a thread very sensitive to that type of thing.  There's no way you could expect a different kind of reaction.

Ok, but it could be said that because I haven't seen Somebody's past actions I don't have a bias and as such can make a objective assessment of the situation.  I saw the picture Somebody posted and I saw no reason to be offended.  Obviously others chose to feel offended, and they used Somebody's past actions in their assessment of her/his actions.

Hey, blame the game design. They weren't going to send you to the wards, and since Bioware loves Tali they wanted to include a line like that.

I could care less about the pic, but I feel the need to point out that a lack of bias does not necessarily mean that an accurate assessment is being made.

I really wish I had renamed these dozens of videos I have from their default "MassEffect2 big-string-of-numbers" to something that tells me what they are. It's too late now, since renaming them will break the links with my Vegas files for the vids I've done.

Others chose to be offended, but given the past history of this thread, that was an obvious result.  This thread is very sensitive to anything like that.  If you post something like knowing what the reaction would be (which is the case here,) then I would classify that as trolling.

Personally, I don't find hardly anything offensive, but I know this thread would.  If I posted stuff for no reason other than to get a negative reaction, then I would be trolling.
