Which reminds me. Have you ever noticed that the renegade options in the Tali romance, aside from the ones that dump her, are usually just more flirty?
Shepard: I can't tell under the helmet, are you... blushing?
Tali: What, no! It's the fever!

Luckily I think this was a trend with all the LI. Some renegade options would turn them down, but some are flirty like Renegade Shepard would be.

I would choose "I know" only if the dialogue went like this:

Tali: "Really, Shepard? Usually when someone proposes like that they return the affection..unless you don't-
"I do, Tali, I'm about to return the affection the only way I know how :devil:"

*Shepard tries to pounce but Tali dodges, he hits the ground hard and turns over onto his back before the image of a pouncing Tali obscured his view and all was plunged into blackness before screaming ecstasy brought him back to reality, a reality in which he's no longer a renegade*
