She does.  She giggles a little after the trial, I think.  I've heard she laughs at Jacob's father's demise, but I've always gotten him arrested, so I don't know for sure.

Really? Laughes at Jacob's father's death!

Just what I've heard.  Never seen it.

Okay, I listened to her laugh after the trial. 

It's literally one "hah" with an inhale right afterwards.

I think that's the point of it.  And it made the story even more d'aaw-inspiring to see the Cerberus crew so supportive.
Even if some of them may have been xenophobic at first, I think by the end of the game Shepard has changed them by integrating the crew, and earning their deep respect. 

The Normandy crew was handpicked for the mission, and the mission was known to directly involve aliens.  I'm sure people with no problems with xenophobia (Kelly,) were chosen.  Jacob shows us that there are more reasons to join Cerberus than hating all other races.
