I don't remember the exact wording, but she says "That girl loves you Shepard...be good to her."

She is the ONLY love interest where Kasumi actually uses the word "love."

Also, if you romance Miranda, she'll say "Really Shepard, in the engine room?  Right there where Tali works?  Tell me something, please.  How genetically modified is she because...WOW"
