Personally, having sex before a mission in any military is a taboo. Not to menttion that Tali was practically drugged when they did it. It's Tali fans like you that cost me more than an arm and a leg. Tali and Shep are not turians, they shoildn't be testing reach and flexibility before a mission. Doing the tango can cloud one's judgement.

Shepard always does the deed before the end mission lol Every love interest has sex before the end mission  Ashley's like "oh damn rules against fraternization oh fvck the rules!"

And any real life soldier will tell you sex before a mission is ideal

Besides, Shepard isn't really 'military' anymore.
He can pretty much do whatever he wants.

And in ME1 he was a Spector. So, again: does whatever he wants.

And he wants lovin'.

@knight this is for you as well, this is why a ME movie would have to have a LI and it's why it has to be Tali: The drama, baby!

no no, you're absolutely right, I agree with you there. If we're talking world-wide release, in which the actual Mass Effect fanbase (and more specifically, the population of this forum) is a miniscule percentage of the overall movie-goers, then definitely, as a character, she'd prolly be the best choice. I'm just saying, there'd be an earth-shattering schism in the forum-based fans, and it'd prolly be mainly us 'mancers that'd go see it. But ya, if we're including all of those who are just going out to see a movie, with little-to-no foreknowledge of Mass Effect, then ya, Tali for sure;)

And as a Talimancer, Tali for sure regardless:wub:

If a movie was made, chances are Tali would never be a LI. Instead, the plot of the games would be reworked so that there would be a love triangle between Shepard, Ashley, and Liara so that the producers could milk that for all three movies. They might do something like pair Tali up with say Garrus, or maybe vaguely hint at unrequited feelings for Shepard in the final film, but they would never write her as a legit LI. Love triangles sell well, and Liara is human-looking enough that it would play well with audiences. Sorry guys.
