I can take some solace in knowing she's at least got the love of her life with her. <3

ok... how will it be good? or how will it be bad?Cons:
- More time with Shepard
- Less "restrictions" Tali has to worry about
- Stickin' with Shepard in ME3 (hope to god
)
- She gets exiled....
- You have to hear that one line
- Feel horrible about placing my own wishes above her own
I still question the more time with Shepard thing. She spent plenty of time with you to fight the collectors in ME2 while she was a part of the flotilla. If she's exiled, she will still work just as hard to help her people, maybe even harder to reprove herself.
And she'll be a squad mate in ME3, don't worry

So... Uh... Did anyone else get Tali exiled on their main run?
Never. Its too important to her for me to refuse to help her when I could for no real reason.
And I'm not worried about her leaving to become an admiral in ME3 (since I assume thats where this is going.) If Tali won't be on the team (not gonna happen,) it would be for all games, and they would come up with some all encompassing reason. They won't screw over everyone that helped her only. On top of that, Tali isn't Liara, she's smart. She knows she can help her people more by helping me with the reapers than she can by arguing with blowhards.
I really can't logically see Tali leaving Shepard, especially if she's your LI since she's very much in love with you and becoming an Admiral would take her away from Shep. Besides, she didn't seem too thrilled with the idea in the first place.
So she can't leave. She. . .she just can't.

Well, the main reason I did it was because I didn't have any of the "have your cake and eat it too" options on my first time playing, resulting in her exile.
Same reason I got Thane and Miranda killed, happened on my first run.
Oh you meant by accident. I thought you meant by choice, trying to metagame ME3. I've always had a persuasion option or rally the crowd to fall back on. I pulled off the worst suicide mission ever on my first run through though. Luckily Tali avoided my idiotic path of destruction, but Thane, Zaeed, Samara, Miranda and Mordin didn't

She won't. Bioware isn't stupid, and they clearly love Tali. She will be back, and have a kickass romance, culminating in a happy ending on Rannoch. There is no second option

I can easily see that being the start to ME3.
If I ever get around to writing it, I intend Anderson to help you escape, and during the escape he gets shot. Then dies on the Normandy after you guys have gotten away.
Awwww.
Again, I could easily see that really happening.

Not only will I not buy the game, I will walk into Bioware and punch every single individual I see in the teeth.
