I thought that was a brilliant part of his post, given that Jack, and I don't mean this in a derogatory way, is the one character who really needs love.  She's the one character who you can seriously change their life by getting involved with them. 

Tali will be a lot happier with Shep, but I think she would be just fine with him as a friend.  She's a strong independent woman
