 *Tali holds her hands up in shock and embarrasment.  She glances around at the other quarians in the compartment.*

Tali:  Auntie, not so loud!

Shala: I just want to be sure! It's a tradition after all.
*Tali leans closer again, conspiriatorily lowering her voice.*

Tali:  Of course!

Shepard:  I'm standing right here!

This got written collaboratively last night.

Edit:  It was sergio, lividity, chool, and me.

I used to like the thought of it being a Tali pounce instead of a Quarian pounce..you know..for originality. But the way the FF describes it like a tradition, it kinda makes me laugh and it's actually probably true.

Quarians wait quite a while until "ready". I imagine even with the "nerve stimulators" they would still be quite ready to pounce when it finally came to

Mass Effect strives to create emotions in you , reactions to characters , feelings of all sorts , to draw you in , I always felt that's what they wanted well. I love Tali as a character , she's brilliant especially in ME2 , and seems to have the biggest fan following. They wouldn't kill off Tali. The riots at their HQ would force them to be sealed in for days.

In all seriousness, however, people who ragequit when their favorite character gets killed off don't tend to buy DLC.  And that is a serious issue.

Yes, we're very much aware that it's basically guaranteed she'll be in ME3, as a squad member.

what a sad ending? Its been discussed before, some like some don't like.  Either way, no one knows for sure whats going to happen until ME3 comes out.
