I could point you to is the message you receieve from the admirals when Tali joins your squad I guess. They say if she gets hurt in any way there will be consequences.CamoBadger wrote...
Im just saying, bioware is mean and sadistic, and they kind of set it up with her SAYING very clearly that she could die.
She's going to be in ME3.

Bioware isn't stupid.Walrusninja wrote...
1 thing has been crossing my mind every time I see a "support" thread. Can't help but think this :
Mass Effect strives to create emotions in you , reactions to characters , feelings of all sorts , to draw you in , I always felt that's what they wanted well. If Bioware needed to get you to hate someone/something a good starting point would be to kill off a beloved character....... that's where Tali fits in
I love Tali as a character , she's brilliant especially in ME2 , and seems to have the biggest fan following. But maybe by highlighting how people are attached to her we're giving Bioware a clear way to spark our anger against the Reapers - kill off Tali. Just a thought like , I'm in no way bashing the support threads , it's nice to see people like characters so much and I'm with you there:). As I said just a thought I couldn't shift. Maybe by posting it , I have made that option too predictable so Biowalrus won't do it:o
Killing off a beloved character does create an emotional response, but part of that response is ANGER at the developer. They want their customers HAPPY so they CONTINUE TO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.
Business trumps drama.

sir...tis a proven fact Bioware is sadistic. Only reason for that so they can push out a good story.

And they set it up that everyone could die in the suicide mission. Look how that turned out.CamoBadger wrote...

She can die. It's called being stupid and not getting the upgrades and the loyalty of your crew.

Have you played ME1? They said F*** YOU to all of the people who were crazy for Liara and Ashley/Kaiden. What makes you think they wouldnt do it again?
Well, for starters, they [BioWare] likes Tali more.
this is a proven fact actually.
no lies.
Okay, she doesn't really say the last part, but you get the point.

Thanks for the comment, Scalpels.
The injuries are there, even if not mentioned... But thanks, will mention them in next chapter, to correct that!
And yeah, "No one gets left behind" was my favourite part of that chapter.Actually, when I first thought of the plot, I thought it would be Samara or some other teammate who Shepard went to save... But then I thought about the line "No one gets left behind". And I really wanted to emphasize the NO ONE part... That's why I chose who I chose...
Was perfect choice. Imagine Tali has much to say regarding Shepard risking his life in such a manner. Look forward to next chapter.
