Probably none or very few. I imagine they were salvaged for parts and resources after their exile. 

Still, we should be able to find one and bring it aboard the Normandy. I think that'd be more badass than a hovertank! Sgt. Bilko proved to us all that the concept of a hovertank is a faulty one!

To got to Battletech for a minute, there are some Atlas Battlemechs in the lore that are well over 300 years old, and work even though they had been sitting in an abandoned Starleague base for that long.

Interesting. For some reason I'm now imagining reverse-engineered quarian mechs being turned into Geth Primes.

Anime Mechas are just plain silly and unrealistic.

More realistic than 100ft tall mechs that fly, have laser swords, and are piloted by teenagers.
