Buddha and I for example were mearly discussing OUR take on Miranda. I know I don't have a problem with anyone who does and I doubt Buddha does either. Just conversation.

It's when people take it personally that it becomes an issue.

On the internet, people will say things to get under your skin because they are pathetic cowards who have niether the strength nor the conviction to obtain any level of power or contentment in thier own life, so they come here to screw with people who can't do anything to really make them stop.

They only succeed when you LET them get under your skin. Don't let it bother you. It's like letting your boss tell you to saw off your arm. You just say "I quit", and leave. You only suffer if you actually do what he says.

Ironic isn't it, we are probably the most hated group around but we still don't bash the other fans and their favorites

I'll admit that unkind things are said about other characters around here, though I would hope they would be part of a discussion rather than gratuitous.  But yeah, I don't go hatin' on Mirandamancers or anything.  They deserve whatever it is they want.

To me, this is the whole point.  We talk about everything here, Tali, Cerberus, geth, other characters.  Limiting ourselves to only heaping praise on other characters limits discussion, and there's no point to that.  Any negative talk about other characters shouldn't be personal, and it should be as part of a constructive discussion.  If that's the case, there is no problem.  

If Miranda fans want to talk about how Tali comes on too strong, and is immature, they're well within their rights.  When another group starts calling all Tali fans rapists, and posting Tali death vids from Youtube to laugh at, that's when its a problem.  Same goes for this thread.  Nothing wrong with talking about not liking Miranda complaining about being perfect, just don't call all Miranda fans prepubescent kids playing with 1 hand.
