Heh.

Interesting fact.

I drew this.

Good to see I'm remembered.

As stated last time, I am incredibly amazed by it. My favorite fan art posted. Ever.

The soviets BANNED religion.

I just didn't get the joke...

You can really hear the disgust in my post on page 15 or 16.  And what's even worse is that one of the Liara fans added insult to injury and quoted it, a post that said nothing but about how the whole purpose of the thread was to show the fanbase that they shouldn't judge people by their reputations, and she/he "fixed" it to say that this thread sucks.  Truly disgusting.

That's because all Liara fans are just butthurt that they can't watch a lesbian sex scene.

Congratulations, you paid absolutely no attention to my OP in the thread you advertised.  The whole point was to get people to stop making rash assumptions about people they have no knowledge about, and you just did exactly that.

Please Antille, tell me that was a joke.  Please.

See, it's a joke, based on the Yakov Smirnov line about how "In Soviet Russia, X does Y to you!"  It's usually a humorous reversal of Y and X.

You noted that you couldn't judge Jesus, so, given that Christians believe that when people die, they do to heaven to be judged by God, I decided to employ some humorous editing to make just such a reversal.  The joke is made more complicated by the fact that it's not really a reversal at all, because it is actual Christian dogma, and you judging Him is the reversal.

You know, explaining a joke is like disecting a frog.  It ain't pretty, and when you're done, it's dead.

Maybe it'll come to me later.

Forget that crap.  I send his tender ass to prison.  We'll see how he likes it.

The "i remember me" e-mail is super touching, though.

HA. I never thought of it that way. Delicious irony.

When I'm unsure of a person's intentions I take them literally.  That way, I always have an excuse for getting it wrong instead of assuming it was a joke and having just insulted the speaker.  What you wrote made sense from a biased point of view as a Talimancer and fan of the opposing LI.  I know nothing about you and as such can't say that what you said isn't honestly your opinion.  People exist that would say that, and as such taking it literally was the safest choice.

Good point.  Disecting is more fun than explaining a joke, too.

WELL EVERYONE. He knows nothing about me. Let's all have, a one sentence opinion of me from each of you. I know if I say anything it'll be shot down.

Though I will anyway:

Being beaten to death isn't a good enough punishment?  I understand the desire to give him the exact thing he had been inflicting on others for Ten years but I am personally more inclined to violence then rape.  I typically don't let others do things to others that I wouldn't do, and as such I choose to beat him to death instead of rape.  Difference of opinion.

A quick death by beating is good enough to reward raping people for years while they slowly got stupider and stupider?  No.  The prison system is not actually capable of sufficiently rewarding that kind of behavior.  But I think it will do its best.
