To personalize mine, I went through a playthrough of ME1 thinking "what would Simon do" with every decision.
So I rejected Lirara and Ash, and was extra friendly with Tali.

Ash will bring drama regardless of if you romanced her or not.

You're biased and you know it. You can't play ME1 without thinking of ME2 lol

I'm with Rage, I'm confused as to what to do. Maybe a better question would be "what did you do with your first playthrough".

I romanced Liara, she was BPA.

I still wanna say "fuggoff" cuz I know they turn out to be lame, nawming?

Still undecided.

Well, atleast it wasn't nonsense

It was - an answer I already had. My post should be clear that I didn't drop in when 4.0 started so all new fanart posted here I couldn't have seen. But some fellows already posted great stuff

Yeah.
But I play my Shepard as clairvoyant.

On my first playthrough I really did consider romancing Ash.  But the xenophobia, racism, religion, and overall manliness was a little too much.
I romanced Liara (or more like she romanced me).  I liked her in ME1, but in ME2 she reminds me way too much of her mother (even uses a direct quote from her).  Scares me a little.

I could never bring myself to let the Destiny Ascension die...and I really hated how that was the default in ME2.
I mean, letting a crew of 50,000 die vs. 900 (I think that was the number).  The choice was obvious.
