Those guard are the single most freaking annoying thing in oblivion. And they're so damn hard to kill. The dark brotherhood and thieves' guild was hell, paying off armond what's-his-face every five minutes.

I don't wear my super-stealth suit most of the time.  Just when I need to level the playing field with the super-guards.

Yeah, but it wears off so quickly, and I was mostly warrior/imperial born. Whacking things with swords never does any wrong... 'Cept jacking your bounty up to around a billion gold. "IT ALL ENDS HERE, CRIMINAL SCUM!!!"

Ya know, this always happened with me. And everytime it happened, I had the exact same face(well, not actually the same) as the FU dude. Then I killed everyone for like an hour.

Let me just tell you that I always stopped playing it for months after that.
