It is not.

Rendered in 3dsmax 2009 using the ingame models and animations and some custom textures for Tali.

Assuming Unreal Engine 3 doesn't have a resolution limit...you could get those textures ingame.

You have to choose the "What if there were no mission?" option to hear it, during the reactor core conversation.

I had to hand-paint those to get them to work.  Pretty much every texture you see on Tali there is custom painted by myself in Photoshop.  Not quite finished but I told rune and Goat that I'd get that done by tonight. 

I'm in for a long day

So Tali doesn't say that line if you choose certain options? Hmmm...I played 3 times and tried Paragon and Neutral options and seemed to always get that line.

yeah, I haven't touched the eye model, just the texture.  So yes, those are her eyes.
