I'm really going to have to reccomend using family connections if you have any.
It's done wonders for me.

I do not.
I don't talk to 95% of my family and for good reasons I really don't feel like discussing.

But thank you for the advice, none the less.

Did you read our progress on AoD? I would like to get a senior writer's comment on it, we had a very small audience our previous session.

I was sad to see Pallin go.  I was struck by the horrible realization that she was the paragon there, even if she was a racist.  I will say it seems a little early to remove the foil from the story, but it's not my tale (and you guys likely have different ideas on how to show a contrast to Shep).

I liked Tali's resourcefulness and am interested to see what happens next.

Am I the only one here on good terms with my parents?

Thanks for the support, guys.

I think I'm going to brainstorm over a cup of coffee and a looping video of Xen's dialogue and these notes.

I might even get an introductionary chapter started.

Best of luck to you, my friend.

I'm on perfectly fine terms with my parents.

Is that info from Ascension?

Ascension does note that quarians have two codes:  one for "let me in, it's cool" and one for "kill this ship with fire."

I laughed a little at this, and then felt kinda bad for it.

Feel extra bad:  they tortured Hilo until they were positive they had the right code.

Thats one reason I've not bought the book yet...I'm in no hurry to become more upset at Cerberus...espcecially when I don't have any missions where I'm killing their agents - I'm sortof an agent!

So no you are not alone.
It helps that I've got two badass older sisters.
The only bad thing is that they're in their 30's.
10 year age difference is.......inconvinent.

Aunts?
Uncles?
Second cousins twice removed on your mother's uncle's father's side?

I personally loved how the foil to our "protaginist" is the rational and more compassionate one, it really shows how brooding the story is. I did want Pallin to live longer, but Rip felt it was more appropriate to kill her off then. I will not argue because I do like this completely live collaobration. The fact that neither of us knows what the other is going to post next keeps each other sharp, we need to be resourceful. Rip feels we are beginning to get a flow going, seens how we both love to write paragraphs of sheer tension.

Hmmmmm.
You could use my backup plan.
And by that I mean lowering standards.

Standards are loooooooooooong gone. I'm at whatever step comes after 'desperate'.

Pretty much about a month away from turning to either to muggings or prostitution.

I remember when Cerberus was but a puppy, an idea, founded to protect humanity.  To defend.

What have we done!?

Yeah, I signed off at a bad time last night.  The first thing I did when I got to work was check back to see what I'd missed.  It was intense.

Edit:  Oh, and yeah, it seems like you guys are complementing each other in this.

I see.
Try muggings.
Less psychologically scarring.

Just finished reading your fanfic, CC. Great stuff, I enjoyed it a great deal.

I was listening to this www.youtube.com/watch at points during the whole thing, quite fitting I thought.

The point is to enjoy ourselves. The fic has turned from aggressive into dark, a success.

I'd write an actual fanfic.

But I'm better at the short mini stories.

I'm not that good at anything longer than 5-6 paragraphs.

Question.

What page is the "killed off Pallin" scene on?

I only seem capable of writing longer stories.  15,000 words+

. . . That's right. I can sell various bodily fluids, can't I. . .?

You know, I just can't live with the idea that somewhere out there in the world there could be a little version of me popping out of some random chick I've never met just because I really wanted a Sims 3 expansion.

Think I'll stick with blood.
