Indeed, but besides the point.

I never really felt like Tali hated Garrus. I think there's some 'older sibling, younger sibling' style teasing going on between them, and I think Tali can sometimes become exhausted by Garrus, but I really doubt if there's any real hate.

Truth. Garrus was just messing around. If Tali gets a little sick of it, she has the right to stick up for herself.

Garrus was an Ass in ME1, accusing the quarians for creating the Geth.  I didn't take the elevators enough to know whether that changed or not.  But because they both follow shepard and he serves as a brother figure to garrus as manshep and he romances tali that does put them in a brother-sister type of relationship.

These don't seem tight, and they work fine.



Note: I prefer the skintight style, personally.

I can see your point, I just never saw it having a sister myself. It seems a bit more obvious to the hate rather than joking, but I sometimes see things a lot more differently than what they are supposed to seem.
