Because people look at me weird when I say FemShep / Tali, and i'm too much of a Talimancer to picture Tali alone without getting all sad.

I think a man they call Kal is honorable enough if she wants that. Her happiness doesn't ride on whether you romance her or not, you're still the best thing that ever happened to her and she's done some pretty amazing things.
