Hence the three problems, why Shep can't buy and free her.
1) high cost contract
2) must be on world
3) early freeing, extra costs

But I would have bought her and forwarded her to be Liara's little hacker.

Doesn't the mecanik still say they don't kinap quarains even when Wrexes brood brother is the clan leader?
