Not quite yet.  Maybe in ME3.  Right now she's in a tough field with Saren, Sovereign, Harbinger, and the like.

Ok she has got a "unique" perspective to say the least but is no ware near as bad as them they were supporting the annihilation of trillions she just wants to re-enslave the geth (which I do not support just making a point) and use them to establish the quarians as a dominant race in the galaxy again, perhaps not the best person but not nearly the worst imo.
