Jack argues that it was wrong for her to be tortured and experimented on by Cerberus. Miranda says Cerberus was not directly involved and thus Jack has no reason to be upset. Jack argues that Cerberus is still responsible, and Miranda keeps insisteng that Cerberus was not.

Jack is arguing about what was done to her, Miranda is just defending an organizations she trusts. And mind you, Miranda does have too much faith in who she thinks she can trust, Niket? The Illusive Man?

...That's the whole point. Siding with either compromises the safety of the other party, Tali and Legion will get upset because you are literally handing over confidential information to their opposition. Of course Tali whines like a baby, you just let the geth learn everything they already did not know about the fleet. she's pretty much upset that you sold out her nation, I don't like Tali and even I can see the cause of her furstration.

Miri does not get whiny at all, she just gets pissed at Shepard. I don't agree with what Miri said but she and Jack acted more mature then Tali does, Tali shoots her fricken gun off, yes really mature.
