Garrus/Wrex' sidequests gives you craploads of money..I remember getting the 1million credits achievement just by doing sidequests.

I killed a crapload of Geth in ME1..Its all a blur. Someone recap? I honestly cant remember.

It doesn't start out as a mission for Tali.  It's the Geth incursions in the... Armstrong(?) cluster.  You take out 4 Geth outposts that lead you to a Geth base.  In the base you find detailed files on the Geth.  This activates a "Tali's Pilgrimage" mission that consists of going to visit her in Engineering and giving her the data when she asks for it.

(I discovered after several playthroughs that you can get dialog from her that describes who her father is and why she needs to bring back something really noteworthy as her pilgrimage gift before these missions unlock.  It was a dialog option I had been skipping during my earlier runs.)

OH YAAA now I remember. I specifically remember getting out of the mako, hiding behind it, and sending Wrex to charge ahead while I just kept reviving him when he died. (At the geth outpost)

Have to go through the Armstrong Cluser disabling four outposts and then the main base. That's five planets! And then in the main base you download geth data to complete the mission. As soon as you get back on the Normandy a new mission opens up called, "Tali and the Geth". All you do is talk to her. She asks for a copy of the Geth data. You can give it to her or not. Even with a Renegade, I give it to her.

 Actually there are 4 bases and one captured base in that cluster.

Hey, I liked Wrex too.  Why do you think I tried to save him?  :V

My Shepard, in-character, didn't fall for Tali immediately.  But he found himself growing pretty close to her near the end.  That's why, when he came back, he tried to get Tali on his crew.  Didn't want to lose her a second time.

I died on Noveria's wastes because of this. Mako blew up while on foot, game froze up, I couldn't move or do nothing, but I kept losing my health to the raging winter storm (lol).

That's what suprised me!  I had been visiting Tali (actually everyone but Ashley and Liara, whose conversations I found annoying) after every mission and I thought I had experienced her entire dialog sequence.  And then I just stumbled across the 'new' dialog...

(Same thing on Noveria.  I backtracked to the dock and discovered that there was a very nice conversation available with Matsuo that I'd never had before.  It's impressive that there's SO much tucked in the game by Bioware that you can discover new things after multiple playthroughs.)

I like to think he did, but never thought she would go for it.

She's the daughter of an Admiral, she's going to go back to the Flotilla inevitably, and he's human.

He never thought she would even consider it.

Kind of a two-sided Oblivious To Love.

Shepard is oblivious of Tali's feelings and Tali is oblivious of Shepard's feelings.
