Actually your Toaster is not likely to be affected, however the power plant providing the power would be, including the power lines and all those transformer boxes on the poles. Your car would be pretty much dead though it is likely your power windows, locks, and light will work. However the car will not start. Anything with a simple switch will survive the emp, though anything with enough juice in it could see a power surge large enough to blow out light bulbs, burn wires and pretty much set fire to anything touching the wire. As for wanting toast in the post emp world you might want to go get one of those.

Indeed, the weekends on here really kill me. The other night I was up till 6 AM.

Had a weird dream that the Bioware forums was a work environment. And everyone was clocking out on break.

You and Sergio were like "Yo dude, lets go to wendys" then you all hoped in a Subraru WRX, and I was in a monster truck and that we where all going to Wendys. I was like "Yo man, I'll beat you there" so I go off the road, bludging through the woods, and I arrive in a parking lot. I was like "Hell, yeah, I win". I then looked up to see I was at KFC, and you two were at Wendys across the street. I was like "MOTHER FU-"
