A moment of everyone's time?



Jones and I have been talking, and we've reached a bit of an impasse with Reckoning, Daro'Xen's story.



Frankly, we're both a bit... nervous, about it. We were always a bit iffy on writing it... but we attacked the first two chapters and knocked them out of the way in a flash. We've put a ton of thought, time, and effort into just what we have so far. We've written out a full plot, planned everything meticulously... and frankly... we aren't sure if it's worth the effort. We really want this thing to succeed, but at the same time, we know we're playing with fire.



Before we decide anything... we wanted to hear what other people had to say about it... being the authors/artists, we lack a certain perspective. Normally I wouldn't condone asking the audience... I'd just write... but in this instance... since it's such a large project that we invariably spend upwards of 12 hours working on a day... we wanted to get some second opinions... if that's acceptable?

I haven't gotten to read either chapter of Reckoning yet.  But once I do, I'll certainly be willing to give my opinion.  If they're short enough, I can read them tonite.  Are they short enough to read in about a half hour?

I will say now, however, that I'm a little nervous about the repeated warnings of doom and disturbing content.  Not because I don't like such content.  Rather, because setting out to write like that tends to backfire.

No I have not. Do I need to go back to all the polls I have cooment in with him in that poll? I can easly pull up my history, proving that I have only badmouthed him because he started it. He should learn that if he is going to bad mouth soemone, he better get ready for something. Bah I will pm you the polls.
