She hasn't actually done anything yet, she's very protective of the fleet and it's inhabitants, she might turn around if an opportunity for peace presents itself.
As long as there is some sort of retribution and the quarian race has been recovered to something alike it's former glory. (She'd appreciate being able to do research on AI's as well)
Alternatively, locking her up would work too, get her a psychiatrist and convert her followers.

Finally, my solution for my Darogade (former Taligade) playthrough would be allowing her to perform her plans and letting her army of geth and quarians help me fight the Reapers.

Daro genuinely believes in her plans, she won't shoot herself.
She isn't on the same level of evil, she doesn't plan to wipe out galactic civilisation as we know it, she merely wants to return the quarian race to their former glory. An admirable cause, even if the methods aren't.

If the Geth refuse to leave... I'm sorry, they had the right to fight back and defend themselves, but the quarians, by the same token, have the right to take back their world. If they give me any lip, Xen can have at them.
