Quarians are a race that easily creates symphaty, their culture is awesome, their people are awesome, simply everything is awesome  with them.

Even if I have my doubts that it'll turn out that way, it would be nice to see. Coexistence between quarians and geth via her plan, that is. As much as I like Xen, I won't break away from Tali. And as I've said before, I've never really liked a full out Renegade.

That would be an experience through youtube for me.

So the enslavement utter obliteration of the free will of a entire race is okay for the right goal.  Do you also support what the Reapers did to the Protheans?  Or are you just making an exception for synthetics?  What if it were the asari?  Quarians?  Humanity?

As I said, it's the hips and voice that tip me over the edge. /semi-serious
My Paragade will remain with Tali and will get Rannoch peacefully. (Unless that's impossible, I'll side with the quarians that way: quarians>geth)
My ReneDarogade will instantly join Daro'Xen.

And yes, them being synthetics does make up a large part of my indifference for their destruction/brainwashing, besides, they nearly wiped out the quarian race (like 99.9% of 'em), it's only fair if we try the same.
There may remain small pockets of resistance/survivors, and I'd try to let them coexist.
