I can't help but wonder if all these people claiming that their Shepard's are virgins have a correlation with their own personal lives. I know it's a role-playing game, but come on now, don't make Shepard suffer because of your own personal shortcomings.

Tali suffered because certain circumstances prohibited her from sexual experiences, Shepard suffered because?  No reason for him to, just some people's own insecurities. 

Landline pointed out the certain circumstances that prohibited his Shepard from sexual experiences. It's romantic if Shepard was a virgin as well as Tali. It's not canon, only imagination. No need to get mad about it.

And for the record, I'm not a virgin

Romantic, true, but I think the fact that he isn't adds an interesting dynamic to their relationship.

It appears we are. Still, is mildly relevant to the situation.

Could also depend on what type of virgin. Asari sex may not include human definition of intercourse (though some Asari definitely do like to do that), thus rendering him a by human standards, but not possibly by galactic standards.

I suppose it's mildly relevant (yet unimportant).  What I don't like is seeing subtle insults being thrown at people.  Do people still really care that much who is a virgin and who isn't?  Couldn't bother me in the slightest.
