And what would you call my work? :P

Well written, but not nearly as dark as those listed.  What I have been willing to read, I should add.  I started reading Creed, but my mind recoils from it.  Just like I don't read Reckoning (no interest) or Noir or Cthulu-Tali.  Personal preference.

Your work is not as dark as those mentioned, sorry.

My thanks.

I have a reaction for every squadmember.

All compiled here.

Ah yes, I remember the Garrus one.  I'm a bit surprised I never gave you a proper comment or review.

*Goes to rectify that situation*

Joker, Chakwas, and Anderson.  Whar?

Maybe even Tweedle Ken and Tweedle Gabby, and Chef too?  EDI would probably have something creepily humorous to say.

...That was a joke.

I personally think Call of the Elder Machines is more funny than anything else.

DO WANT

As soon as the muse is ready to finish it. ~_^

And Nuke - I probably selected the wrong word.  But you will admit that the 4 of you are creating fiction at a nearly excissve pace, yes?

Not a fan of the Cthulu themes, myself.  Just a genre I don't appreciate fully, I reckon.

Without going through Creed, I would have to say your analysis is spot on (Because Creed just keeps getting darker.  If I ever stop playing Rock Band, I'll finish it one of these days... :P).  Beneath the Veil is sometimes depressing, but by no means is it dark.

Never really read any of that genre, but I find Call-Etc-Machines to be ever so interesting.  For me its a... "how will Buddha integrate this into the setting" kind of curiosity.

Fair enough.

So.  Do I at least get credit for the new entry in my "regular" FF, which, as I recall, you actually mentioned the other day?

Sorry, my internet just deep-sixed. Weird.

Anyway, I was considering expanding the Outside Perspective series.

I really want to do Shala's.... So much potential...

Alas, Reckoning has, and deserves, my full attention.

Ah, the Schmoop continues. Well timed Sergio. Your AU is fluffy, and quite the balm to the more serious work being churned out by Nuke, Azint, Rip, and Liv.

(All of you are excellent, by the by)

Thanks! I think... :P

Since before I even started writing this series, I had decided I didn't want it to be dark. I write these things more for myself than anything, really. And I'm a big fan of schmoopiness.

Although, with the betrayal on the Citadel (hinted when Shepard mentioned they were going to go talk to the Councilors) on it's way, I'm only a few chapters away from a certain tragic event, which I'm really going to try and make to be pretty sad.

But I guess since the reader will know that it'll work out in the end, it won't really be that tragic for anyone.

I will fall victim to the shameless plug and provide feedback in return for your thoughts on this general query:

Would Tali hate/distanceherself from Garrus (generally regarded as other best friend on SR2) if a concious decision on his part resulted in Shepard dying while she survived.  Thoughts would be appreciated.

off I go to read :D

I would love to see an Udina entry.  I'd expect he would mix a little racism alongside a hearty dose of "is this best for humanity?"

It'd be cool if the reaction was a little less predictable, though.  I mean, of course we still have to get something showcasing the Udina we know and love, but a different twist would be cool.

It would definately put a heavy strain on their relationship, but I don't think she would hate or distance herself from him.  If there really were no alternatives available, I think Tali would eventually forgive Garrus.  But it would irrevocably change their relationship.  I could see it going from a "best-squaddies-forever" feel to a less personal one.  That little conversation regarding her immune-system and her shotgun on the Citadel in ME2 would never happen, for example.

Now that I think of it... maybe a change in their relationship would naturally require Tali distancing herself.  Hard to tell!
