I suppose it's mildly relevant (yet unimportant).  What I don't like is seeing subtle insults being thrown at people.  Do people still really care that much who is a virgin and who isn't?  Couldn't bother me in the slightest.

What is a virgin? I heard they're a dying breed. I hear they're taken away on a boat at age 16, but over the last few decades they've been getting younger and younger.

The ME1 paragon scale gives a good indicator of where Tali stands on the paragon scale.  Liara > Kaidan > Tali > Ashley > Garrus > Wrex.  Tali fits the paragade definition pretty well.  Nice to people who deserve it, but willing to make a renegade choice to get the job done.
