You know, Tali probably doesn't angst nearly as often as fanfiction would indicate.

Rule of the Great:

When someone you greatly admire and respect appears to be thinking deep thoughts, they are probably thinking about lunch.

By that same token...

Normandy's Kodiak, on the way to a mission.

Tali: *voiceover* He looks so lost in thought... I'll bet he's already planning our strategy for when we hit the ground.

*Tali tilts her head as she watches the man. If her helmet speakers were on, they'd release a contented sigh.*

Tali: *voiceover* He's... amazing.

Shepard: *visibly thinking, looking upwards in thought; voiceover* When was the last time I shaved? Four weeks ago? No, four weeks ago I was dead. Three weeks? *looks at Garrus* No, then I was on Omega. Wait, maybe I shaved when I finally left the place.

*Shepard rubs his chin, his apparent concentration not breaking one iota.*

Shepard: *voiceover* Gettin' about that time again...

*Garrus, not to be left out, stare out the window, tapping on his rifle.*
Garrus: *voiceover* Eighty-four bottles of beer on the wall, eighty-four bottles of beer. Take one down, pass it around... *looks around the cabin, first at Shepard, then Tali* I give it a week before they figure it out. *looks back out window* Eighty-five bottles of beer on - wait. What was I on?

*Garrus squints, staring as if a particular point of light outside the window could reveal the answer.*

Garrus: Damn. Ninety-nine bottles of beer on the wall, ninety-nine bottles of beer...

Heh. Good point. Still, it makes for good fanfiction.

Bart: Don't you see what you've done? Sideshow Bob hasn't reformed, he's pure evil. Oh, if only you knew what he was thinking!

Sideshow Bob: (thinking) I hope they still make that shampoo I like.

By the way, Shala's comment is hilarious: "I don't give a vorcha's ass about the fleet!"

Woah. Unexpected words from an admiral...

No kidding.

If it wasn't for the stunt she pulls before the trial, she'd be like the anti-Rael.

Well, it doesn't lag (badly, but that's FRAPS for ya'), and I'm uploading it to youtube right now. (At 10% right now, it'll take about 37 minutes)
Was supposed to be 1080p (recorded at 1920x1200), but it seems to have ended up at 1440x900 after compression.

EDIT2: Correction, it's 1440x1080... Odd... Anyhoo, at 21% now.

I'd let Tali, Daro and Shala read the galactic phonebook (area codes as such) to me, they've got some epic voices right here. ^_^

Isn't it weird, how ME1 starts? Udina asks if Shepard is that kind of people they want to protect the galaxy.

Doh! Typo. Oh well, might as well run with it.

Garrus: ...take one down, pass it around...

Tali: *voiceover* What the hell would I do with a bottle of beer? Wait...

*Tali pats a few of her patches and pockets. She stops on one around her waist.*

Tali: *voiceover* Aha! I do have my straw! *slouches slightly* Oh damn. I didn't mean to bring my straw... it might get broken. *looks up* Did I bring anything else I didn't need?

Shepard: Garrus, when did you learn that tune?

Garrus:
Oh, you know... around.

Meanwhile, back on the Normandy

EDI: *voiceover* He's really a fascinating subject all these conflicting emotions, sarcasm, innuendo... He's just so... unpredictable. And through all this, he's still a top-tier pilot. I wonder if he thinks about flying as much as I do... oh, it'd be so wonderful to have wings!

Joker:
*voiceover* ...Seventeen bottles of beer on the wall. Sixteen bottles of- wait, what the hell am I doing? I've got other things to do, don't I?

*Joker makes a quick check of all the systems for flashing lights, pressing none of them, then goes back to his thoughts.*

Joker: *voiceover* I wonder if my subscription to Fornax has run out yet...

*Joker looks around the bridge for others, then checks the extranet site for it.*

Joker: Huh. *voiceover* It looks like it's been paid already. But... I haven't been on this page in a month an a half... *looks over at EDI's platform* ...nah. She couldn't have...

Kasumi: *sitting in the Co-pilots chair, feet on console, cloaked; voiceover* I give them a month.

Shepard was probaly one of many possoblities as a candat to the spectres maybe som of the others had a close pscykology profil  to Shepards.

That's my Shepard's view.  Tali has him and the others as a backup family.  He'll work to make her feel better about being exiled, because she's already got people on her side.

It's a little scary that humanity has even a couple people they  considered about equal to Shepard.

Also, kinda makes a person wonder how awesome Anderson was in his day.

I thought the Migrant Fleet was "off the grid" most of the time, so that probably wouldn't happen too often...
(So yeah, no Tali exiling y'all, I've got it covered on Youtube in about 5 minutes. Unless you intend to find out what Shala's response is to your Neutral/Renegade response or if you discover brining Legion results in different responses afterwards)

When you can carry a fully equipped solider while running to the underground elevator as the rest of the underground facility is collapsing around you, you're officially a badass. Or when you knock out an ambassador, and not giving a s**t about the consequences.
