Before I found out she was going to be a LI, I resolved that I'd save my Shepard for Tali. If she never became a LI, I'd never romance anyone.

unfortunately unlike the horizon scene liara doesn't have any special recongnition Dialog for Garrus or Tali when you meet up with her on Illium. only shepard.
