I'm just not a fan of the 'full renegade' anyways. They did a much better job in this game than in previous titles, but its still just too much 'puppy kicking for fun'.

That's not being a 'renegade'. It's just being a dick.

The description for Renegade is "badass" and I must say that "badass" is the last thing I think of when Shepard, for example tells someone that there's a bomb in the building.

There's a line between being a badass in a sort of evil way (like Renegade should be) and just being a complete ****** and doing things even a evil  person would question. Being mean (that's an understatement) to other people for no real reason doesn't necessarily make you a cool guy.

Some of the things you do as a renegade I simply cannot see Tali supporting knowing what we do about her character. Maybe going along with because she's part of the team, but then falling for the guy thats doing them? Just doesn't make sense to me.

I recall that one. It is rage inspiring. I also think its out of character, treating Tali like someone with Stockholm syndrome rather than an independent, strong willed individual.
As for the whole human-quarian alliance, it does sort of make sense. If not for the Geth war it would be logical that humans and quarians would be more likely to be allies. They seem to share the most similiarites of any of the Mass Effect races (male, same general shape, similar structural and internal physiology).

Thanks That should be soon after they leave Illium. And since time matters in this universe Shepard will definitely be heading there directly.

Every ME1 Shepard is a complete and utter moron for being incapable of sayin "I love you" and romancing Tali.
The ones who refuse to give her the geth data and say the quarian race had it coming, even more so.
