Hmph, replacing Tali with Daro is proving far more difficult than originally assumed, it's not quite as clear-cut as replacing models for Shepard. (Which can be done easily from the Coalesced.ini)

I did find Tali's package, but I haven't found Daro's yet. (And even then, I'd have no idea how to replace the models, as I haven't found anything that can recompress the .ppc files)

Time to check some of the threads in the modding group.

And yes, it's impossible to do through conventional means (coalesced.ini) but if I can find a way to recompress .ppc files again it might be. (Hence, I'm downloading the UDK now)

Yes, I have read it, and yes, I do love it.

Some others are ofcourse Calinstel's series, Sergio's fics and Slim Chance of Succes (comedy).

Drifting and Borrowed Time are also very enjoyable.  I also suggest what was mentioned above, especially Calinstel's series "To Survive".  I haven't read as much of Sergo  stuff but I hear it is really good too.

Indeed they are, but they're not exactly in the same realm.
Still, if you're sure your heart can handle it, or you thrive on that sorta thing, they are certainly recommendable.
