But let's say you kill TIM, too. IS it over? No. Because I promise you there are ten others just waiting to take his place.
So you kill those men, well then there will be more. And more. And more.

And if not Cerberus, then some other pro-human group. So what do you do? Murder every human just in case?

I can understand picking someone like Tali or Garrus or whatever over some random crew member, hell I would too, but the fact is that you have the option to save both, but it seems like you choose not to and so far I'm not seeing a good reason why other then the fact that their associated with someone else who's done some bad ****.

I'm sorry, but I can't get behind that.

Beneath the Veil is progressing well.  A Creed Unhinged... slowly, but at least I am working on it.  And my secret project... is proving difficult.  Delayed, I would call it for now.

Glad to hear that CU is getting more content as well! As for your secret project, well.. I'd suggest that you finish those two first, before you have way too many stories out there open and you're burning out from a stress to finish them all.

Right.  I agree.  I want to finish at least one of them first before really launching into 2A2B2SH.  I would have to say that your comments on FF.net are most encouraging.  Not as... intense as Kerrith's, but very encouraging.  Thanks for the feedback.

With that thinking, why should we have law enforcement or law at all? If rapists are always going to rape, why bother trying to fight it? If murderers are always going to murder, why try to stop it?

Spectres exist outside of the law for a reason. To take out people that can't be taken out with the law. First and Last Line of Defense. If it stops another person going through what Jack did, if it brings the parents of Hilo some measure of peace, I'll burn the entire pro-human movement until there is nothing but scorched earth. I do not expect the Council or the Alliance to condone my actions. I do not condone my actions.

But I'm still willing to see it through. When monsters find that they are indeed not the scariest thing lurking in the dark, they will know that it is too late, and they will be swallowed up by the darkness that serves the light.

Subjective.

A life as it pretains to me will have different value as it pretains to another. Some lives mean everything, most, my own included, mean little, if anything.

There a difference: The police don't shoot the entire ****ing family because the father held up a liquor store.
You punish the wicked, sure, but you seem also content with punishing anyone else in a five mile radius.

That is not the same. Law enforcement does not track down criminals and exploit them to simply take down one specific threat. In fact, some of these people being disposed of are not even criminals, yet you remorselessly end them just because they were nearby. Is it right to honor or mourn someone by killing anyone who had the faintest bind of responsibility? A self-righteous monster is still a monster, he just has better excuses.
