That is not the same. Law enforcement does not track down criminals and exploit them to simply take down one specific threat. In fact, some of these people being disposed of are not even criminals, yet you remorselessly end them just because they were nearby. Is it right to honor or mourn someone by killing anyone who had the faintest bind of responsibility? A self-righteous monster is still a monster, he just has better excuses.

Whatever you wish to give, I will accept with thanks.  Like I said I find any feedback most encouraging.  Longer, in depth comments draw my attention, though.  I seriously take into consideration what people suggest or like, and stories can change a bit from such feedback.

Subjective pertains to varying circumstances and factors. Perspective is what you or another sees depending on your own views. Because a life means nothing to you, they are fair game?

Exactly what are you trying to accomplish with this and explain why. You seem to want to do this because you feel comfortable with it. Why do you feel comfortable with it? Is it because nothing else pleases you?

In a philosophical sense, no.

In a real sense, yes. If someone decides to murder you, you're fair game, period. It's them making a choice and following through. It's not right. It's not fair. But it is what happens. I never claimed to be above petty murder or cruelty. All I'm saying is that I'm willing to take responsibility for it, to own those decisions, and to live with them, on my own.

Why are protons positive and not negative?

Why did the big bang happen?

This is who I am. This is how I think. It's simply what I am. I don't try to fight it. I take responsibility for it. I own it. I do not condone torture. I do not condone murder. I do not condone violence. That does not mean I won't use them if I absolutely have to. If me becoming a monster stops an even bigger monster, I can do that. I am at peace with that.

I completely agree with this. What I do not agree with is that the value of life is a perspective. The value of life and all that is good are absolute whether you believe it yourself or not.
