In all seriousness we really have no idea how strong Quarians are. They may be smaller and of slighter build than Humans, but they are aliens after all, and are beyond typical human understanding of the physical body, thusly we cannot relate them to what we typically understand as strength here on our world. And I do believe Rannoch is more arid, as well.

You need Garry's Mod for the meshes if you want to open them in Blender. I had to download those because there's no local importer <_<

We don't know, but we do know he's the only one that gets the enormous sniper rifle other than the 4 billion credit man.
